Shipping & Handling Information

We make every effort to ship orders within 48 hours of receipt, some exceptions may apply.

We ship to all 50 states via USPS Priority Mail for a flat rate of $7.00 per order. We do not ship orders internationally. If you enter a valid email address when placing your order, you will be sent tracking information for your package. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses, If you entered an incorrect address at checkout you will be responsible for any additional charges that may occur.

 

Warranty/Return Policy

We warrant that jewelry sold is as described on the website. Items may be returned for credit on your account or exchange. All return packages must have an RA# and are to be mailed using USPS Priority Mail prepaid to PO Box 250, Redmond, OR 97756. We are not responsible for packages we do not ship ourselves. In order to obtain a return authorization #, a written request must first be made by email to: connie AT frommyjewelrybox DOT org.
